Combined Shipping:

The Base (Listed Shipping Rate) is for the first item only each additional item ships for less than the first.

This chart is based on economy shipping rates only.  This is a guide only and the rates are published before you pay.

Each additional item purchased will be charged shipping fees based on the following:

Items weighing under 4 ounces will be charged an additional 25¢ to 75¢ per additional item.

Small Items (Single Wheels & Casters) will be charged an additional $1.00 to $1.50 per item.

Heavy Items will be charged an additional $3.00 to $19.00 per additional item depending on the weight.

Additional quantities of Sets of 4 or more Casters will be charged based on the volume and weight and are usually 1/2 the price of the original shipping charge.

Hand Trucks and Casters will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:

You can cancel for a full refund if your order has not already shipped. If you made a mistake or found a better price or change your mind about a purchase prior to payment being made we will cancel the transaction at your request.

We ship most orders within 24 hours of payment receipt and if an order has shipped prior to your request to cancel the order is received we will refund the price of the item less the actual shipping cost.

If we make an error on your order we will pay the return shipping and refund the full amount of your order plus the cost of your return shipping.

If you decide that you did not purchase the correct product, made a mistake or no longer want an item we will authorize a refund for the purchase price minus actual shipping costs and up to a 25% restock fee may apply. We will not pay the return shipping.


No Refunds on Ramps, Walk Ramps, Dock Plates, Curb Ramps, Slider Ramps or any Special Orders for buyer’s remorse.

We charge up to a 25% restock fee to replace open or damaged boxes and packaging, and to cover handling costs.

We will not issue a refund if the item has visible (customer caused) damage or signs of use.

You must request a return authorization and put our RGA or RMA number on the outside of the box and your original packing list on the inside of the box in order to get a refund.  

Any order may be canceled if the order has not already shipped, however email cancellation requests may not be honored.  We suggest you give us a call  800-235-7719. 

If any shipping service other than economy was selected at the time of payment your order will ship within 24 business hours. 

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all original packaging material included).

Prior to returning the product customers must email or call us 800-235-7719 for a return authorization number.  Returns without a return authorization number will be refused. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product is paid by the customer.

Some items are damaged during shipping. This is not common, but it happens. If an item is received in an obviously damaged package or box, please indicate that when signing for the item. USPS usually inspects and notes damage to the box and no further action is required by you. UPS and FedEx will not inform you, but we require that they get your signature at the time of delivery. Please make a note on the receiving document that there were signs of damage. It is not a requirement that you open and inspect the product immediately, but you can if you choose to.


International orders may be charged fees, customs charges and/or taxes by their home country during shipping. These charges are paid by the buyer and are not the responsibility of the seller. Also delays in shipping are routine when using international shipping and seller cannot guarantee any item will not be held at customs for inspection or experience some other delay in shipping.

Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USA Protectorates and Alaska take longer in shipping time than average orders. We ship all of these orders by US Postal Service Priority Mail only and the rates for this service is listed.  We will not ship outside the continental USA if economy shipping is chosen.  We cannot guarantee you item will arrive on time to these destinations.



Quote and Estimate Guidelines


  • Our products are generally priced well below current market prices.
  • We accept requests for quotes based on the following:
    • Orders for 3 or more hand trucks.
    • Orders over $200 for casters.
    • Orders over $200 for hand truck parts.
  • Requests for quotes will be given fair consideration and our discount will be based on quantity.
  • If an offer or quote request is sent for a single item, we may not be able to reply.



Shipping Charge Guidelines


  • We set our shipping prices at or below actual shipping charges published by our shippers.
  • We estimate the probable cost of shipping one item and then up to four items when we set our shipping rates.
  • If your purchase is for 4 or more items or sets of items it is possible for the shipping charges published online to be too high.  If you are concerned that our shipping is incorrect, please send us an email before paying and we will calculate the shipping and make any necessary adjustments.   
  • On some of our products we offer free shipping.  On others we offer economy shipping.
  • For free and economy shipping a tracking number will be provided, but those items do not qualify for in transit tracking. 
  • The tracking you get is “package picked up” and “package delivered”
  • No in transit or progress charts will be available.
  • We can at our option upgrade your shipping to “priority” or “UPS Ground” and when we do this we pay the additional fees.


Wood Platform Trucks, Aluminum Platform Trucks, Movers Dollies, Hand Trucks, Dock Plates, Dock Boards, Walk Ramps and Slider Ramps will not be shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO/FPO Addresses, PO Boxes and all addresses located off the continent of North America.  Specifically we will not ship any of these items to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, any US Protectorates, APO/FPO addressed and PO Boxes.

1.     Economy Shipping

  • Can take up to 9 business days to arrive.
  • Usually arrives in 6 to 7 business days.
  • Less expensive option.
  • Tracking is not always available until your package arrives.

2.    USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or FedEx or UPS Ground

  • Usually arrives in less than 5 days.    (Most continental U.S. locations)
  • More expensive shipping option than economy.
  • Tracking is always available at each step of the shipping process.

We offer both inexpensive and quick shipping options, at checkout you will be asked to choose the method of shipping that best suits your needs.
